River Rock Rehab

HELPING TO CARE FOR MARION’S HEALTH.

River Rock Rehabilitation has been serving this community since 1985 as an out-patient physical therapy clinic accepting referrals from Marion physicians, as well as the surrounding area.

Started by Bill Reinbolt and Timothy Burkam, they recently merged with Blue Sky Therapy in Canfield (Ohio) to strengthen the team and provide more services to patients, with Patti Young at the helm as Clinic director.

They have grown from three employees to more than 100, from one clinic to four, and multiple contracts with rehabilitation facilities and home health agencies in the Marion and surrounding areas. The support staff in the Marion clinic consists of physical theapist Patti Young, licensed physical therapy assistants Lisa Caudill, Rachel Sharp, and Laura Swihart, and receptionist Angie Maggs.

Their goals are to motivate their patients to achieve the highest functional level possible and educate in them in self-care for their injuries, specializing in sports and running injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, industrial injuries, neck and back pain, functional capacity evaluations, custom or temporary orthotics, and more.

They believe the Marion community has been integral to their success over the years, and have enjoyed the opportunity to treat multiple generations of families. And, they believe in giving back–participating in multiple charities including the annual Peanut Push, Red Cross Radiothon, Coats for Christmas, food pantries, Christmas Clearinghouse, United Way, and Turning Point. River Rock Rehabilitation is helping to keep Marion strong.
